Directions For Use:
Two servings (22 grams)
Mix 2 rounded tablespoons in 10 oz of fruit juice or water. Or, Mix in your favorite smoothie.Blend 20 seconds on high or shake or stir well.Enjoy half at first meal and other half at noon or before a workout. Start gradually. Use 1/2 tablespoon for 3 days. 1 tablespoon for 3 days, then 2 tablespoons (22 grams) per day. Adjust amount for children.

Refrigerate after opening.
